Dimensions

An e-Learnings has different dimensions which are comparable to character traits. One way to segment these dimensions would be to focus on the following outcomes: Informative, Manual and Encouraging. Thereby, the mixture of dimensions defines the learning experience.

According to the learning objectives, we can now highlight specific dimensions to create an
e-Learning that conveys the target subject in an effective and memorable way.

This dimension in e-Learnings aims to transfer information. Knowledge retention is only achievable if the content is experienced as relevant by the participants. Therefore, excellent training must portray emotional qualities besides the right content. Especially e-Learnings that transfer information mainly for awareness need to be relevant for the target group.
